Lead Teacher Position
Program: CMCC School Age Enrichment After School Program
Report: Program Administrator

Job Description:
The main responsibility of this position is to work as a team member on the development and implementation of a safe, age appropriate program for the school age children.

Responsibilities:
•    Assume the responsibilities of the program when Program Administrator is absent
•    Work with Program Administrator on licensing, billing and safety issues, etc.
•    Work with lead counselor on lesson plans
•    Work with Program Administrator in the development and implementation of academic activities
•    Provide overall supervision to staff and volunteers
•    Assist ES in scheduling and administrative duties as required including but not limited to, attendance, progress reports and planning implementation of parent conferences
•    Perform assigned duties such as supervised snack, clean up time, etc.
•    Maintain proper storage of supplies
•    Responsible for transportation to and from field trips
•    Compliance with EEC training and continuing education requirements, i.e. CPR, First Aid, educational workshops, etc.

Assistant Teacher Position

Job Description:
The Assistant Counselor will work in a classroom that is designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth needed for school age youth.

Responsibilities:

•    Plan activities to stimulate growth in social and educational skills
•    Implement a curriculum/lesson plan based on math, science, reading and writing
•    Assist children with their homework assignments
•    Provide, lead and supervise children in multiple activities according to the rules, standards and regulation of CMCC School Age Enrichment program and the Department of Early Education and Care.

TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED TO SCHOOLS FROM PROGRAM
Children can be dropped off at program as early as 6:30am!!
